Agreement and eligibility
By using Desire Atlas, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use adult-oriented online services where you live. Do not use the service if that is not true.
Entertainment only
Surveys, scores, archetypes, comparisons, and explanatory copy are provided for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, relationship, safety, or legal advice and are not a diagnosis or assessment of compatibility.
A result does not determine what you should do, what anyone else should agree to, or whether a real-world activity is safe. Consent must be informed, voluntary, specific, current, and capable of being withdrawn in every real-world interaction.
Your answers and account access
You are responsible for submitting your own answers and maintaining access to your email inbox. Passwordless links are confidential. Do not forward them or use an address that another person can access without your permission.
Results reflect the questionnaire and scoring version in use at the time. They may change when your answers change. Old results remain attached to their original version and are not silently recalculated.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for, with, or to profile anyone under 18.
- Submit another person’s answers or email without their permission.
- Use survey links to harass, pressure, expose, or monitor someone.
- Attempt to access another person’s results or administrator functions.
- Probe, scrape, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
- Upload unlawful content or content that identifies another person without authority.
Intellectual property
The platform, survey wording, result copy, illustrations, and brand materials belong to Desire Atlas or its licensors. You retain rights in original text you submit and grant the operator the limited permission needed to process it for the service and any separately consented de-identified analysis.
Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or end. Reasonable notice should be given before a planned closure so participants can download results, unless security, legal, or operational circumstances make notice impractical.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied without a promise that every result, keyword interpretation, comparison, or explanation is complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
