Email support@desireatlas.online. You can use this address for access, privacy, legal, or security questions. Please do not include your survey answers, score, archetype, or result email unless we specifically ask for information needed to investigate the issue.
Access your history
Request a fresh link from Your history. The confirmation page looks the same whether or not an address is registered.
Lost access to your email
Contact support@desireatlas.online from a safe address. Explain that the original inbox is unavailable, but do not send survey answers as proof. Recovery may not be possible where ownership cannot be established without exposing someone else’s information.
Privacy request
Signed-in participants can send a request from their privacy and email settings. You may request erasure of identifiable information, de-linking of your email address from survey responses, or both. If you cannot sign in, email support@desireatlas.online.
Security concern
Send suspected vulnerabilities to support@desireatlas.online. Do not include another person’s email or results and do not test against real participant data.
